EdgeStar is compact and elegant

The KC2000SS is our mid-budget option, if you want a full-size keg dispenser and you have enough space and money. It’s a middle point between the small-size and the high-performance options. It’s a product for those looking for more cooling efficiency in a compact size without disbursing big amounts of money on fancy features.

You can choose either the stainless steel or the black finish version. You can also choose between a single and a dual tap. We’ll give you links to both the single and dual tap versions. You can make up your mind about the color in each list.

Pros

The KC2000 is in appearance the same as the KC1000 on your monitor. But it’s much larger. It has the capacity to store all normal ½ and ¼ barrel kegs.

And if you choose the dual tap version, you can store two 1/6 Cornelius kegs at the same time.

The more space means a lot more versatility than in the KC1000. The KC2000 is ideal for drinkers who want to forget about worrying whether they can use or not a 1/6 barrel keg as seen in this edgestar kc2000ss review. It can hold almost any keg you want to put in it.

It’s also very broad inside, so you can use it as it pleases you. That depends on whether you choose the single or the dual version. But it’s nice to have more options. There’s no space reserved for the CO2 tank. It’s mounted outside, and that means you have the whole interior to have fun!

It has all the same traits the KC1000 has:

  • Stainless steel door, coupler and draft column.
  • Drip tray
  • Compactness: 48,5” x 20,1” x 24,8”
  • Comes with an empty 5lbs CO2 tank

AS well as the KC1000, it takes everything required excepting the CO2 and the keg. It has all tubes and fitting for common commercial kegs. Only craft brew kegs may need additional parts to be purchased.

The KC2000 has some additional improvements you won’t find in the smaller EdgeStar. It has a safety rail running around the edge, ideal for glasses that tend to slide out and fall on the floor.
